Yes, L4 is an enrollment center for IdentoGo. Fingerprinting requires you to make an appointment prior to arriving at the enrollment center. To make that appointment you will visit https://uenroll.identogo.com/.
Please note that IdentoGo DOES NOT accept cash. You must pay using a debit/credit card or a money order.

Yes – L4 can do a “print and go” service through IdentoGo and give you physical cards. You do not need an appointment for this service.
